Frequently Asked questions

Who are you?

Hi there, I'm Alex! Formerly a public school English teacher, I've been crafting pastries as a self-taught baker since 2017. I believe in putting a fresh spin on classic and creative flavors to bake goods of the highest quality. It gives me great pride to be the one-woman show behind all things Voyager Bakeshop. No one should have to settle for sub-par dessert, so let's whip up something incredible!

What can you make?

From French macarons to cakes to cookies to pies to breakfast pastries, I can do it all. If you've got a vision in mind, let's see what we can make happen. No matter what you're thinking, I'll work to make each bite both aesthetic and delicious.

What if the product I want to order isn't currently in your shop?

Custom orders rule! Feel free to send an email to, so we can start discussing all the tasty details of what you have in mind.

How much advance notice do you need for a custom order?

Most custom orders require at least a 72 hours notice for planning and executing. However, the sooner you can reach out, the more likely I'll have availability for the date of your event.

Can you ship my order?

As a made-to-order bakeshop, it's Voyager's philosophy that everything that leaves the kitchen should arrive at its peak freshness and in the best shape possible. Therefore, all of the products listed are for local delivery to the greater Phoenix metro area only.

So go ahead and add some delicious items to your cart, enter in your ZIP code, and see if you're in my delivery radius!

Can I pick up my order from you?

Every day in and out of the kitchen looks different, so at this time, all orders are for local delivery only. Be on the lookout for the occasional pick up option at pop-ups though!

Can I be a wholesale vendor?

At this time, Voyager is not taking on any new wholesale clients for on-going weekly orders. If you'd like to place a single order or host a pop-up, let's chat.

Where are you located?

At this time, Voyager does not have a brick-and-mortar storefront; however, I can often be found around town at pop-ups and events. Keep up on Instagram and Facebook to see where I'll be next!
